Overview

Geoff is an extremely experienced, skilled, practical and innovative independent consultant and lead project manager, who specialises in full lifecycle delivery and in dramatically improving team and delivery performance. For more than 20 years he has successfully delivered or mentored major change programmes and projects, within time, cost and resource constraints. Geoff is expert in programme and project management (Prince2 & Agile), and is certified as a Management Consultant, Agile Project Leader, DSDM Consultant and Facilitator. His broad experience in consultancy, management, development, testing, governance, quality assurance and training results from a varied practical delivery background, gained working for IBM, IBM clients, Barclays and as an independent consultant.
